TWENTY SIXTEEN

So many things happened in 2016, some that brought happiness and some that brought great sorrow and pain. Amidst it all I captured the simple beauties of people and places in this country.

I hope this can be a reminder of the delight that can still be found in this world: the natural color of creation, the pure joy of those in love, epic landscapes, the discoveries made by a wee toddler, the comfort of a home, or the taste of an adventure to a new place.

I hope these photos bring you peace and joy, as they have done for me.

I present to you my "Best of 2016."

Cheers, Emma

Nashville, thank you for sharing your beautiful city with me. Creating came quite easy in that town of yours. capturing the moments of your home was a pleasure.

"Perfect happiness is a beautiful sunset, the giggle of a grandchild, the first snowfall. It's the little things that make happy moments, not the grand events. Joy comes in sips, not gulps." - Sharon Draper

My camera and I traveled to some pretty sweet places last year. California, Colorado and New Mexico to name a few... I hope that 2017 brings me to new places, gives me new stories to tell, people to meet, and things to see! If you know of anyone needing a photographer to capture special moments, please send them my way!
Hey little guy, guess what? There is so much more that you'll discover in this grand world. This place isn't even the half of it.

"To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind the walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life."

Walter Mitty

2016 brought many adventures. Ready to see what 2017 will bring.
